What is a document credit?
A credit is the unit we meter. Most actions, such as issuing, receiving or reporting a document, use one credit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. You can add a top-up pack or upgrade; documents are never silently dropped.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused monthly credits roll over for one month. Annual plans pool credits across the year.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year up front and save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Is there a free sandbox?
Every plan includes a sandbox with test credentials, so you can integrate before going live.
